Clients may request cancellation of a project at any stage. However, cancellation fees may apply depending on the progress of the project, materials already purchased, labor costs, and administrative expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email at info@ailieconstructionservice.com. A minimum notice period of 7–14 business days is recommended depending on the project size.
Refunds, if applicable, will be evaluated based on work completed, materials used, and any third-party contractor costs. Non-recoverable costs will not be refunded.
Certain specialized services, custom orders, or materials that have been ordered specifically for your project may be non-cancellable and non-refundable once procurement has begun.
Ailie Construction, LLC reserves the right to cancel or suspend a project due to non-payment, breach of contract, unsafe working conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
