1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Ailie Construction, LLC may issue refunds for services rendered. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms described below.

2. General Policy

Due to the nature of construction services, refunds are limited and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Work already completed, materials purchased, and third-party contractor expenses are non-refundable.

3. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service not initiated after payment
  • Duplicate payment errors
  • Project cancellation prior to commencement of work

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed construction work
  • Purchased materials or custom orders
  • Labor already performed
  • Permits or third-party service fees

5. Cancellation Impact

If a project is canceled after work has started, the refund amount (if any) will be adjusted based on progress, material usage, and administrative costs incurred up to the cancellation date.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where applicable.

7. Company Rights

Ailie Construction, LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy or applicable contractual agreements.
